Principles for the Revision Theory of Truth

Volker Halbach has noted that there exists a connection
between Friedman and Sheard?s axiomatic truth theory FS on the one
hand, and the revision theory of truth on the other hand. In this
paper, this connection is explored further. On the axiomatic side,
this results in ways of strengthening of FS. On the semantic side,
this results in a deeper insight in the collection of stable truths.
